In 2000, the owner, David, purchased this stunning property, but it wasn’t until 2012 that construction on the pavilion began, with completion in 2013. The pavilion was built with the purpose of hosting contra dances and other events, providing breathtaking views and excellent company.

In 2015-2016, the farm’s inclusive event venue was expanded by adding an industrial kitchen, which enabled the farm to grow its produce, flowers, herbs, and fruit, providing fresh ingredients for cooking classes, catering, and events. Since 2013, Serenity Knoll Farm has held contra dances and various events, and in the spring of 2018, it added cooking classes for all levels.
