This is all about fire, smoke, and summer flavor at its peak. We’ll be grilling everything together while you learn simple, repeatable techniques you can take straight into your own backyard.
You’ll learn how to manage heat, build flavor on the grill, and time a full outdoor meal without stress—while still keeping it fun, social, and relaxed.
Expect big flavors, casual instruction, and a shared table at the end where everything comes together the way summer food should: simple, abundant, and meant to be eaten with your hands.

1. Grilled Corn with garlic herb butter

2. Charred broccolini with lemon

3. Chimichurri

4. dry aged, bone-in Pork chops with a butchery lesson in how to break down a rack of pork, as well as a dry aging lesson

5. grilled peaches with whiskey whipped cream
