HALLOWEEN YOGA & FIRELIGHT PARTY, OCTOBER 29TH at 6PM, $25 PER ADULT, $10 PER CHILD

Our sunset yoga season may be over, but we are gathering one more time for a special Halloween-themed yoga flow led by the Flow Witch, Sarah Wennogle, followed by a costume contest, spooky stories, and s’mores around the fire pit under the Autumn night sky. The Spooky Flow Yoga will be a playful themed practice featuring Halloween-inspired poses such as the Black Cat Stretch, Haunted House, Bat Pose, and Full Moon. The practice will conclude with a Pumpkin Glow Meditation, during which each attendee will hold a lit pumpkin. The fire pit gathering will have a s’mores bar, warm apple cider, and hot cocoa. Around the fire, we will share spooky or silly stories. The costume winner will receive two free passes for any pizza class.
