A perfect fall dinner with a hint of New England flavor. We will make a beautiful Butterflied, rolled, and tied Galette of stuffed Pork with a Dijon crust. The term galette is creatively used here to describe the rustic, golden-brown crust. The stuffing of apples, cranberries, and pecans takes this dish over the top. The final result is a pork roulade with a Dijon “galette” crust. Looks tricky, but it’s certainly a treat. We will also prepare Roasted Butternut Squash and Cheddar Biscuits. For dessert, a heavenly Maple Bourbon Mousse will be served. Evan will share a few shortcuts that make an impressive dinner like this easy and fast.
