DESCRIPTION:Join Chef Nathan Brand for a special New Years Eve Class! We’ll be starting off with a simple Caviar snack\, then move on to the perfect NYE appetizer–Clams Casino. We will cook 2 different cuts of steak and learn how to baste meat in pans\, as well as discuss how to hit the perfect temperature. Paired with the steak will be a lovely Bearnaise sauce\, a great one to add to your cooking repertoire! Finally\, we will finish with Bourbon balls\, a lovely dessert to wrap up a great New Years Eve menu!  BYOB
