You can buy it in the store\, but it costs a lot. You can also make it at home for a fraction of the cost. We will learn how to make the tea\, ferment the tea\, and flavor the final product. Everyone who attends will get a SCOBY and some starter fluid to start their batch at home. All supplies will be provided. Just bring a pencil and a journal for notes.
