DESCRIPTION:You will learn how to make Armadillo eggs in this fantastic class! Stuffed jalapenos wrapped with sausage and hamburger meat\, which are then wrapped in bacon. As the eggs cook\, the bacon begins to look like the bands of an armadillo. Herman will teach you the secrets of Texas BBQ\, starting with the art of making a rub/marinade that we will use to cook some chicken. Then we will learn how to cook Texas chili. That chili will be served over Fritos to make a Frito pie.
