Once the ricotta is made\, it’s time to elevate the flavor! We will use an array of accouterments to enhance your ricotta\, including fresh herbs (such as basil\, thyme\, and rosemary)\, a drizzle of honey\, and perhaps a touch of sea salt. You can add lemon zest\, garlic\, or even crushed red pepper for savory variations for a kick. You’ll experiment with various combinations to see how the ricotta can be transformed into a sweet or savory treat.
