You will need 1/2 pint jelly jars\, lids and rings\, to take your goodies home. \nEllen Harbin-Dabbs is a Tennessee native. Growing up in Tennessee State Parks\, she learned many traditional skills that many have forgotten. She was taught the ways of the hearth by her mother and grandmother\, Nanny. She was taught the outdoors by her father\, who was an outdoors instructor and park ranger. Her adventures and recipes will keep you entertained as she passes along the knowledge of her mountain kin. She’s always learning ways to live a simpler life.
