October is often associated with Germany and its famous Oktober Fest, but there is so much more to Germany than its talent with fermented hops. Jägerschnitzel translates to “Hunters Cutlet” and is often traditionally made with veal or roasted pork. Our chicken Schnitzel will allow us another take on this delicious dish as we explore its German history.
